Despite how fungus captivates you, it is possible that you do not like taking photos of mushrooms like Steve Axford. He resides in Northern River region of New South Wales in Australia and journeys around the wasteland, photographing mushrooms and volcanoes.
Axford makes an effort to take photos scientifically to enable them to be utilized in recognizing fungi species. He thinks some are not known to the world of science. He takes time-lapse shots of developing mushrooms also.
‘Doing this has made a passion grow in me for the manner things fall into place (ecology). Nothing lives in seclusion and as you analyze, you discover more links,’ stated Steve on his website.
‘Ironically, this matches what I worked at before, as a manager and designer of huge computer systems. Even though the globe is a lot more complicated compared to any computer system made by man, the regulations learnt using one can be used on another.’
