In a particular study, eating 2g of ginger daily for eleven days greatly reduced muscle pains in persons who are performing elbow workouts.
Ginger doesn’t have any immediate impact, though it may be useful in reducing the daily advancement of muscle pains.
It is assumed that the said effects are reduced by ginger’ anti-inflammatory property.
